Mission
The Mission of Trenton Fire Rescue is to protect lives, property, and to provide the highest level of public safety for our community through fire suppression, rescue services, emergency medical response, and public education.
Who We Are
Trenton Fire Rescue is made up of men and women who provide fire protection, medical first response, and rescue services to the City of Trenton, the communities of Nobility, Orangeville, and the surrounding areas of southwest Fannin County. We respond to an average of 300 calls for service a year and serve a population of approximately 4500 residents. We also respond to local, regional, and state disasters when dispatched thru the Texas Office of Emergency Management, Texas Forest Service, or Minuetman Disaster Response. We are rated as an ISO Class 5. In 2018 we entered into an automatic aid agreement with Randolph Fire Rescue and Westminster Fire Department, this was done in an effort to ensure there is no delay in mutual aid response to vehicle crashes and fires in the three districts.
Our area is growing rapidly and we are laying the foundation for our department to grow with it and continue to serve our community in what ever capacity is needed in the future. Our call volume has increased significantly in the last few years (see below), and we expect it to continue to grow. We thank everyone in our community for your continued support.
